Data processing of personal data

Your information will be used by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration in the work with the veterinary emergency, eg tracking of animals in the event of an outbreak of livestock diseases. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration is data responsible for your information. If you submit a comment from the app, you can voluntarily give CGI, which develops and operates the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's database and app for registering herd information, horses and movements of pigs, permission to save the following technical information about your device: model, manufacturer, platform, operating system version and device type. Your username will always be saved together with your comment for the sake of any troubleshooting. Your Google ID or Apple ID will never be saved.

When camera scanning is used to scan a horse's unique code or chip no. anonymous data will be sent in the form of the number of scans etc. to the provider of the scanning function, 'Scandit'.

Insight

You can request insight into the information that is processed about you in connection with our work with the veterinary emergency services. Upon request, you have the right to have information that turns out to be incorrect or misleading corrected, just as you can request limited treatment and object to the processing of your information. In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general general deletion occurs.

Complain

Access to documents

Access to documents may be granted in accordance with the Environmental Information Act and the Public Access to Information Act.

We keep the information for this time period

The information is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes of monitoring diseases and otherwise in accordance with the state's archive regulations. All information is stored in accordance with the principles of the Public Access to Information Act, so that it is accessible for the sake of public access to the administration.

Submitted comments and associated technical data will only be stored for 30 days.

Address search

Address search is done via the service from 'Styrelsen for Dataforsyning og Effektivisering'. When using the app, you accept the terms for the use of this.

External services

The external service 'Aptabase' is used for error handling and investigation, of how the problems occur by looking on the behavior in the app. All the submitted data is anonymized so it cannot be traced back to the user.
